Wiracocha Spanish School Policies

  • Before to begin Spanish course students can extend or reduce their study time without cost, because our system is flexible.
  • Students can move of kind of Spanish course any time that they want, without cost. Student need to talk with school Director before Friday so she will program a new teacher and program for next week.
  • Students can pay in dollars or Peruvian soles, we prefer cash (in front of our school building there is an ATM). We accept also Visa, Master Card, and American Express but pay with card in Peru is expensive because frauds with card are common, that is the reason why commission is expensive, it is 6%.    
  • If a student have already paid by all their course and accommodation, but he or she decides to leave the school by personal reasons, school will reimburse 60% of the price over the time of lesson that student have not taken yet.
  • Student can pay week by week, per month or per all their study time.
  • If a student take an excursion at the middle of the week, or are sick and tell that he or she will not come to the school a day or some days, unless one day before of that, student will have the right to recover that lessons any day.
