Inca Culture Course
This course is designed for people who want to know in depth about the beautiful and rich Inca culture, from its origins, its development, expansion into much of the South American continent from its birthplace the city of Cuzco in Peru to Ecuador and Colombia to the north, to Bolivia at the east and to Chile and Argentina at the south.
Learn about their social and political organization so perfect for that time, as well as its development in astronomy, metallurgy, textiles, etc. Until the fall of the empire as consequence of the arrival of the Spaniard army led by Francisco Pizarro and the revolt of indigenous peoples enemies of the Incas.
The Inca culture course is taught by teachers with a university degree in Peruvian History, who know very well the Inca culture, furthermore most of them also speak the language Inca “Quechua or Runasimi”.
Finishing your Inca Civilization Course students accompany by their teacher visiting a small Inca Village there you can see how is still alive remains of the customs and traditions of the Incas, like the “Ayni” that mean that everybody help to a person to build his house or to sow his field, but he is committed to help to another man of the village when he need help.
This program includes also some small fieldtrips accompany by your teacher, you will visit the local museums, where you can see the work done by the Incas for students understand in a better way the work of this amazing old civilization.
Minimum requirement of Spanish: Intermediate Spanish level, because the course is teaching in Spanish.
This course is taught in two ways:
- Inca Culture, Part Time: 2 hours per day, 10 hours a week.
Price: U.S. $ 65 per week. - Inca Culture, Intensive: 4 hours per day, 20 hours per week.
Price: U.S. $ 125 per week.



I spent 6 weeks at this school. I had different teachers wich made things more interesting. I took trips on the weekends to Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, and other places. If my trips carried over through Monday I misses classes, It was not a problem to make them up in the afternoon later in the week.
